MAGNESIA wins the
FaMi Seal Award 2024
Yesterday evening, the FaMi Seal Award 2024 ceremony took place at the facilities of the Arbeitgeberverband (Employers’ Association) Lüneburg – and we are proud to announce that MAGNESIA is the winner of the FaMi Seal Award 2024!
We have already been awarded the FaMi seal since 2022. The seal and the award are a joint initiative of the Lüneburg-Wolfsburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Lüneburg Employers’ Association, the Wirtschaftsförderung Lüneburg (Economic Development Agency), as well as further institutions. The aim of the FaMi seal is to recognize companies and institutions that stand out for their measures to promote family friendliness. This includes flexible working time models, home office options and other measures that support the balance between work and private life.
In addition to the seal, the FaMi Seal Award is also awarded regularly. It honors those companies that receive a particularly high score in the FaMi Seal evaluation system and have implemented further creative ideas to increase and improve family friendliness. Out of around 150 companies in the north-east Lower Saxony region that have been awarded the FaMi Seal, eight companies in the categories of newcomers, long-standing seal bearers and municipal employers were honored with the FaMi Seal Award.
The FaMi Seal Award 2024 was presented yesterday evening. Representatives of companies that have already been awarded the FaMi Seal as well as other representatives of the local economy were invited to the event. In addition to the actual award ceremony for the FaMi Seal Award 2024, the event also provided a great opportunity to exchange ideas with other family-friendly employers.
