Our established CSR work groups from the areas of labour and human rights, environmental policy, ethics and sustainable procurement meet regularly. They develop measures to continue to successfully direct MAGNESIA toward a sustainable corporate future. Melika Esmailpoor, Junior CSR manager and member of the environment committee: „We are very aware of our great responsibility within society. We want to become even better. We are currently examining every single work process within our workflows to see how we can act even more resource-efficiently. The use of energy within our office building is being closely examined in order to optimize or reduce the use of energy such as electricity or gas here as well.“ Our colleagues all view this course very positively and support it out of genuine conviction. Another important point is the close exchange with our suppliers on all issues relating to packaging and transport. In close cooperation, we examine where and how we can still optimize processes within the supply chain.
