Conditions of participation

Par­tic­i­pa­tion in the raf­fle of Mag­ne­sia GmbH, here­inafter referred to as oper­a­tor or orga­niz­er, is free of charge and is gov­erned exclu­sive­ly by these terms and conditions.

Expiry of the raffle

The dura­tion of the com­pe­ti­tion extends from 08.10.2018 00:00 until 10.10.2018 16:00. With­in this peri­od, users will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to par­tic­i­pate in the raf­fle online.

Participation

In order to par­tic­i­pate in the raf­fle, it is nec­es­sary to com­plete and sub­mit the dis­played par­tic­i­pa­tion form. Par­tic­i­pa­tion is only pos­si­ble with­in the par­tic­i­pa­tion peri­od. Sub­mis­sions received after the clos­ing date will not be con­sid­ered in the draw.

Only one sub­mit­ted appli­ca­tion will par­tic­i­pate in the com­pe­ti­tion per par­tic­i­pant. It is strict­ly for­bid­den to use mul­ti­ple email address­es or login names to increase your chances of winning.

Par­tic­i­pa­tion in the com­pe­ti­tion is free.

Eligibility

Eli­gi­ble for par­tic­i­pa­tion are nat­ur­al per­sons who have reached the age of 18 years. Par­tic­i­pa­tion is not lim­it­ed to cus­tomers of the orga­niz­er and does not depend on the pur­chase of a good or service.

Should a par­tic­i­pant be restrict­ed in his busi­ness abil­i­ty, it requires the con­sent of his legal representative.

Not eli­gi­ble to par­tic­i­pate in the com­pe­ti­tion are all per­sons and employ­ees of the oper­a­tor involved in the con­cep­tion and imple­men­ta­tion of the raf­fle and their fam­i­ly mem­bers. In addi­tion, the oper­a­tor reserves the right, at its dis­cre­tion, to exclude per­sons from par­tic­i­pa­tion if jus­ti­fied rea­sons exist, for example:

(a) in the case of manip­u­la­tion (b) in the event of a breach of these Terms of Par­tic­i­pa­tion, © in the event of unfair­ness or (d) in the case of false or mis­lead­ing claims in con­nec­tion with par­tic­i­pa­tion in the raffle

Profit, notification and transmission of the prize

The fol­low­ing prizes will be awarded:

The win­ners will be deter­mined after the clos­ing date of the entry as part of a ran­dom raf­fle among all par­tic­i­pants. If the raf­fle is linked to a task, only those par­tic­i­pants who have com­plet­ed the task cor­rect­ly will enter the raffle.

The win­ners of the raf­fle will be announced at the jubilee par­ty for the 35th anniver­sary of Mag­ne­sia GmbH on 10/10/2018 begin­ning 3 p.m. at Mag­ne­sia stand 8A101. As the hand-over will also take place dur­ing the par­ty, only par­tic­i­pants who are present at the event can win prizes. If there is no exact­ly cor­rect answer, the clos­est guess wins. With sev­er­al present win­ners the lot decides.

An exchange or cash pay­ment of the prizes are not pos­si­ble. Any addi­tion­al costs asso­ci­at­ed with mak­ing use of the prize shall be borne by the win­ner. The win­ner is respon­si­ble for a pos­si­ble tax­a­tion of the profit.

Termination of the raffle

The orga­niz­er express­ly reserves the right to ter­mi­nate the com­pe­ti­tion with­out pri­or notice and with­out giv­ing rea­sons. This applies in par­tic­u­lar to any rea­sons that would dis­rupt or pre­vent a planned course of the raffle.

Data protection

For the par­tic­i­pa­tion in the raf­fle the indi­ca­tion of per­son­al data is nec­es­sary. The par­tic­i­pant assures that the infor­ma­tion pro­vid­ed by him about the per­son, in par­tic­u­lar: first, last name and email address are true and cor­rect.
The orga­niz­er points out that all per­son­al data of the par­tic­i­pant will not be passed on to third par­ties with­out consent.

The win­ners agree to the pub­li­ca­tion of their names in the announce­ment. This includes the announce­ment of the win­ner on the web­site of the oper­a­tor and his social media plat­forms.
The par­tic­i­pant can revoke his declared con­sent at any time. The revo­ca­tion must be addressed in writ­ing to info@magnesia.de After revok­ing the con­sent, the col­lect­ed and stored per­son­al data of the par­tic­i­pant will be delet­ed immediately.

Applicable law

Ques­tions or com­plaints in con­nec­tion with the com­pe­ti­tion must be addressed to the oper­a­tor. Con­tact via: info@magnesia.de
The raf­fle of the oper­a­tor is sub­ject exclu­sive­ly to the law of the Fed­er­al Repub­lic of Ger­many. The legal process is excluded.

Severability clause

If any pro­vi­sion of these terms and con­di­tions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the valid­i­ty of these terms and con­di­tions. Instead of the inef­fec­tive pro­vi­sion, the legal­ly per­mis­si­ble pro­vi­sion which most close­ly approx­i­mates the mean­ing and pur­pose expressed in the invalid pro­vi­sion shall apply. The same applies in the event of the exis­tence of a loop­hole in these con­di­tions of participation.
